EUGENE WATER & ELECTRIC BOARD (EWEB) IP SWITCHGEAR REPLACEMENT Bids due: December 8, 2022 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID ITB #22-236-PW The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) requests bids for installation of replacement switchgear and other related tasks at EWEB’s steam turbine generation operation at the International Paper facility in Springfield, OR. Bidders shall comply with all BOLI and CCB requirements, as outlined in www.oregon.gov/BOLI and http://www.oregon.gov/ccb/Pages/index.aspx. Bid Submission Deadline: Sealed bids shall be submitted to Kristin Kokkeler, Purchasing Contact, before 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, on December 8, 2022 and delivered according to the bid submission instructions contained in the bid solicitation document. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and recorded. First-tier Sub-contractor Disclosure Form (Section 00430) shall be submitted, preferably in a separate envelope by 4:00 PM PST, on December 8, 2022. Bids and required Sub-contractor Disclosure Form received after their respective deadlines will NOT be considered. No faxed bids will be accepted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 17, 2022, at the International Paper plant located at 801 N. 42nd Street, Springfield, OR. (Security building near South gate) Attendance is mandatory for at least one employee-representative of General Contractor bidders. Sub-contractors are encouraged to attend, but their attendance is not mandatory. Please refer to 1.0 of Section 00200 Instructions to Bidders for meeting time.
