The ideal consultant will bring: — Experience in long range planning processes — Experience with public outreach and engagement processes — Experience with writing development codes and design standards — Experience working with local government elected and appointed officials Proposals will be evaluated on the recommended approach to the tasks presented in the project scope, including an outline of a public engagement strategy, outreach methodologies, and proposed timeline.
