NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Lake Oswego Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 28, 2022, 6:30 p.m. LU 22-0038, Ordinance 2909, amending LOC Chapter 50 (Community Development Code) of the Lake Oswego Code to clarify existing standards and make other code maintenance amendments. The proposed amendments consist of both maintenance and policy amendments. The proposed policy amendments include: — PF & PNA Zones – Exception to Building Orientation Standards; — Clarify Setbacks for Residential Noise-Producing Accessory Structures; — Clarify Property Line Offsets for At-Grade Patios & Decks; — Update Design & Overlay District Materials – Engineered & Composite Wood for Exterior Cladding; — Clarify Accessory Dwelling Units & Minor Variances; and, Update Uplands Overlay – Driveway Consolidation Flexibility. Additional maintenance amendments are proposed.
