NOTICE OF JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS HEARING CASEFILES 22-PA-04 and 22-SD-01 The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has scheduled a public hearing to review a post acknowledgement plan amendment and zone change proposing to change 142.5 acres described as T13, R12, S23, TL100 (Tax Account No. 7130). The proposed Comprehensive Plan designation change is from Range Land to Rural Land and the Zone change is from Rangeland (RL) to Rural Residential-2 (RR-2) (22-PA-04). The Board of Commissioners will also be concurrently considering a request for a 58-lot subdivision including 54 residential lots, 2 park lots and 2 undesignated lots on this 142.5 acre parcel (22-SD-01). Any written testimony should be submitted to the Community Development Department located at 85 SE D Street, Madras, Oregon, 97741, or may be submitted at the public hearing. The failure to raise an issue by the close of the record at or following the final evidentiary hearing, in person or by letter, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the decision-maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on that issue.
