CENTENNIAL SCHOOL DISTRICT 28J CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR (CM/GC) SERVICES Proposals due: December 8, 2022 @ 3:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Centennial School District is seeking proposals from experienced Construction Managers/General Contractors (CM/GC) for Improvements to the Centennial High School outdoor athletic facilities including artificial turf, track resurfacing, expanded parking, stadium upgrades, and associated support scope in Portland, Oregon. The CM/GC firm selected will be providing services during the design and construction phases. It is the intent of the Centennial School District to enter into a contract with the selected CM/GC firm, which will include a fixed fee and guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for the entire scope of the work. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Centennial High School Main Office at 3505 SE 182nd Ave, Gresham, OR 97030, on November 28, 2022 at 3:00 pm. All firms/teams planning to submit a proposal must be represented at this meeting. The district requests that no more than two representatives attend from each CM/GC firm.
