Provide on-call fire alarm system services as needed for construction, tenant improvements, maintenance and installation services (the Work) on a requirements basis. Provide all equipment, labor, and materials, including management, mobilization, tools, fuel, equipment, and personal protective equipment at Work site(s) [Project Sites(s)]. Work includes but is not limited to fire alarm system emergency service, low voltage emergency service, fire alarm system remodeling, build outs, integration work, fabrication, cabling and raceways, instrumentation wiring, designing/engineering fire alarm systems, emergency service, maintenance, installation, repair, replacement, integration, troubleshooting, designing, additions and modifications, and other Work as assigned by the County.
