PUBLIC NOTICE The Metolius Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on November 28, 2022, at the Metolius Train Depot and via Zoom video conferencing platform. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposed triplex in the R-3 Zone. The proposed triplex is subject to Site Plan Review and requires a public hearing before the Planning Commission who will make a recommendation to the City Council. Prior approval was granted to the applicant for a variance to the minimum lot dimension standards in the R-3 Zone as well as the building orientation required of residential development. An additional variance is requested to the off-street parking standard requiring two parking stalls per unit. A three-car carport is proposed by the applicant. The subject property is legally described as Lot 23 of Block 42 of the First Addition to the City of Metolius. All interested are urged to attend.
