PATRICK CROMBIE, an individual, Defendant. To: Patrick Crombie, the above-named Defendant. You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above-entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this summons upon you, and in case of your failure to do so, for want thereof, plaintiffs will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the complaint. The complaint contains claims against you for breach of contract and unjust enrichment. SUMMARY STATEMENT FOR RELEIF SOUGHT Plaintiff prays for judgment as follows: A. For its First and Second Claims for Relief, for breach of contract and unjust enrichment, Plaintiff prays for an award of its economic damages in the amount of $25,000.00; B. For an award of attorney’s fees, costs, and disbursements; C. For an award of pre-judgment interest at a rate of nine percent (9%) per annum from July 7, 2021 to date of entry of judgment; D. For an award of post-judgment interest at a rate of nine percent (9%) per annum from the judgment’s entry date until judgment is fully satisfied; and E.
