Lee Breland, Defendant, as follows: 1. Declaring Plaintiff to be the owner in fee simple of the Lafayette Properties located at 293 3rd St., Lafayette, Oregon 97127 and 209 Adams St., Lafayette, Oregon 97127 (Lafayette Properties) and entitled to the possession thereof, free of any estate, title, claim, lien, or interest of Defendants or those claiming under Defendants and quieting title in said real estate to Plaintiff; 2. Enjoining Defendants, and those claiming under Defendants from asserting any estate, title, lien, or interest in the Lafayette Properties or any portion thereof; 3. Awarding plaintiff its costs and disbursements incurred herein; and 4. Granting such other and further relief as may be just and equitable. This Summons is published by Order signed 11/01/22, and entered on 11/01/22, by the Honorable Chapman, Judge of the above-entitled Court, directing publication of this Summons once each week for four successive weeks in the The Newberg Graphic, a newspaper of general circulation in Yamhill County, Oregon.
