Public Hearing – Abbas Exemption

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EXEMPTION FROM COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR A PUBLIC CONTRACT On December 13, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Prineville City Hall, the Prineville City Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider the City of Prineville’s draft findings for the approval of directly contracting with Sky’s the Limit for the 4 of US, Inc., dba Abbas Well Drilling for a public improvement contract regarding the replacement of City Well. This Public Hearing is for the purpose of taking comments on the City of Prineville’s draft findings for the approval of an exemption from competitive bidding for a public contract (i.e. alternative contracting method), and directly contracting with Sky’s the Limit for the 4 of US, Inc., dba Abbas Well Drilling. The City’s draft findings may be found on the City’s website. Written comments may be submitted to City Council by mail at City of Prineville, ATTN: Lisa Morgan, 387 NE Third Street, Prineville, Oregon 97754, or by email at cityhall@cityofprineville.com.
