It is therefore, ORDERED, that the Clerk of this Court shall: 1. Forthwith cause a copy of this order to be published, for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Woodburn Independent, located in Woodburn, Oregon. 2. That Respondent, Daniel Joseph Gilbert, is hereby required to appear and file an answer with Albert Wade, Jr., the Clerk and Master of the Henry County Chancery Court, located at the Henry County Courthouse, 100 Washington Street, Suite 101, Paris, Tennessee, 38242, or otherwise defend against the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and Adoption of the Minor Child and to serve an answer to said Petition by January 27th, 2023, which is thirty days from the last publication of this notice, to Chad A. Cox, Attorney for Co-Petitioners in this cause, whose address is 104 N. Brewer Street, Paris, Tennessee, 38242, and if he does not answer or otherwise respond, a default judgment may be entered against him. 3. If there is no answer, a hearing on the Co-Petitioner’s Motion for Default Judgment shall be heard on the 6th day of February, 2023.
