PUBLIC NOTICE City of Troutdale Planning Commission – Special Meeting Wednesday, December 14, 2022 — 7:00 p.m. Troutdale Police Community Center – Kellogg Room 234 SW Kendall Ct – Troutdale, OR 97060 A public hearing will be held at this meeting regarding the following applications: Case File # LU-0021-2022. The Applicant is seeking a Subdivision Plat to subdivide the existing one tax lot into seven tax-lots for the future development of residential dwelling units. Development of the lots are not proposed at this time. Case File # LU-0022-2022. A continuation of this application from the November 09, 2022 meeting. The Applicant is seeking a Conditional Use for a marijuana facility for retail sales to be located in a combined suite within an existing shopping center. The suite is approximately 1,991 sq. ft.
