Public Meeting

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the County of Jefferson, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget changes for the fiscal year July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023, will be held at the Jefferson County Commission Meeting Room at 66 SE ‘D’ Street, Madras, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 14th of December 2022 at 12:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive comments from the public on the budget and review the mid-year budget adjustments. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after December 9th, 2022, at the County Finance Office, 66 SE ‘D’ Street, Ste ‘E,’ Madras, Oregon, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or by checking electronic copy available online. Any person may appear or teleconference into the meeting and discuss the proposed changes with the Budget Committee.
