NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING EXEMPTION FROM COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PURSUANT TO OREGON REVISED STATUTE 279C.335 City of North Plains Public Works Facility On December 19, 2022, at 7:00 pm at the Jessie Mays Community Center, the North Plains City Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider the City of North Plains’ draft findings for the approval of the use of the Construction Manager/General Contractor alternative method (CM/GC Method), exemption of this project from competitive bidding, and issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), as provided in Oregon Revised Statue 279C.335, ORS 279C.337, OAR 137-49-0600 through 137- 049-0690, and the City’s Public Contracting Rules section 1.10.010(2).
