The property at issue in this proceeding and described in the Complaint is commonly known as: 18440 SE Division Street, Gresham, Oregon 97030. You are hereby required to appear and defend against the Complaint filed against you in the above entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date this Summons was first published in the Gresham Outlook, and in case of your failure to do so, for want thereof, plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Your deadline to appear and defend against the Complaint filed against you is January 6, 2023. SUMMARY STATEMENT FOR RELIEF SOUGHT: Defendants have been residing in or at the premises described above, without permission from Plaintiff and without paying any rent to either Plaintiff, or Andrew Trapp, the other owner of this property. The Plaintiff has filed a lawsuit against Defendant(s), in which the complaint seeks damages for trespass and ejectment, as follows: 1. For judgment jointly and severally against Defendants, and each of them, ordering Injunctive Relief and enjoining said Defendants from trespassing into or onto the premises; 2. For an Order declaring Plaintiff and Andrew Trapp have the exclusive right to possession of the premises; 3. For judgment for Ejectment of all Defendants from the premises; 4. For an Order for the right to apply for a Writ of Ejectment, ordering the Sheriff to remove all Defendants and other occupants from the premises; 5. Awarding Plaintiff such additional relief as the Court may deem just and proper; 6. For Plaintiff’s costs and disbursements incurred herein.
