NOTICE OF APPROVAL AND INTENT TO AWARD SPECIAL PROCUREMENT CONTRACT The City of Newberg has approved, and intends to award, a Special Procurement contract to Visit Newberg dba Taste Newberg, an Oregon nonprofit corporation specializing in destination marketing for the City’s tourism destination marketing services. See Resolution No. 2022-3874. All affected vendors have the right to submit a written challenge within seven (7) days of this Notice. Challengers must specify the basis of the challenge, including a detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the challenge, a description of the resulting harm the award would create, and the relief requested. Challenges may be submitted to Will Worthey, City Manager, by email to will.worthey@newbergoregon.gov or by mail to the City of Newberg, City Manager’s Office, 414 E. First Street Newberg, OR 97132.
