Preschool for All: Workforce Development SUMMARY: The Preschool & Early Learning Division of Multnomah County’s Department of County Human Services, as the administrator of this new program, is interested in identifying and funding current and new workforce strategies and organizational work focused on recruitment and preparation of future early learning childhood educators and childcare staff. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Multco Marketplace Supplier Network. Suppliers will need to register at this portal in order to submit a response.
