No.: 22-00177-2FNT APN: R272228 and R128925 Reference is made to that certain loan (the Loan) made pursuant to the Term Loan Agreement dated February 14, 2020, as may be amended, restated, and modified from time to time (the Loan Agreement) between SW 1st AVENUE – COMPANY I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Company I Borrower) and SW 1st AVENUE – COMPANY II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Company II Borrower) as borrowers (collectively Borrowers), and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a national banking association, as lender (Lender).
