NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Marion Area Multi Agency Emergency Telecommunication Center [METCOM], Marion County State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 will be held via ZOOM remote platform and in person at 1060 Mt. Hood Av. Woodburn, OR. The meetings will take place on the 4th of January, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. With a second meeting scheduled on the 24th of January, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of these meetings is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be obtained on or after Wednesday, December 28th, 2022 by contacting METCOM at 503-982-2349, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. This Notice of Budget Committee Meeting is also posted on our website at www.metcom911.com. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting via Zoom platform and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Please contact METCOM at 503-982-2349 by 9:00 a.m. the day prior to the scheduled meeting date to request the Zoom meeting link.
