City of Lake Oswego NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCES 2911, 2913 and 2915 The Lake Oswego City Council will consider Ordinance 2911, 2913, and 2915 at its regular meeting of Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at 5:30 pm. This application is being reviewed under Metro Code 3.09.045 Expedited Decisions and there will be no public hearing unless a necessary party provides written notice of its objection to the boundary change. This meeting will be conducted in-person at City Hall and an option for participating remotely via Zoom is also available. The meeting will be livestreamed on the City’s YouTube Channel and at https://www.ci.oswego.or.us/ as well as broadcast live on Tualatin Valley Community TV; check their website for details. ORDINANCE 2911 An Ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel, consisting of 0.23 acres at 5306 Jean Road; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 22-0012). ORDINANCE 2913 An Ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel, consisting of 0.60 acres at 13733 Knaus Road; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 22-0014). ORDINANCE 2915 An Ordinance annexing to the City of Lake Oswego one parcel, consisting of 0.23 acres at 5807 Benfield Court; declaring City of Lake Oswego zoning pursuant to LOC 50.01.004.5(a-c); and removing the territory from certain districts (AN 22-0016).
