McCormick III, have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said Trust Deed and notice has been recorded pursuant to Section 86.752(3) of Oregon Revised Statutes. The default for which the foreclosure is made is the Grantor’s failure to pay: The unpaid principal balance of $293,000.00 which became all due and payable on 3/1/2017 pursuant to the terms of the Extension Agreement executed on 3/30/2016 plus interest from 1/1/2020 together with default interest, late charges, attorney fees, recoverable advances which includes payment for taxes and insurance plus foreclosure fees and costs. Plus any future advances made to protect the security of the obligation and the failure to pay Attorney’s fees which may be incurred by the Beneficiary to protect the Security of the obligation and which will continue to be incurred.
