PGE TREE REMOVAL – TP2022-0011 / DR2022-0161

Pursuant to Section 50.40.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: PGE TREE REMOVAL – TP2022-0011 / DR2022-0161 The applicant, Portland General Electric (PGE), requests Tree Plan Two to remove seven (7) trees from a Significant Grove and a Design Review Compliance Letter for landscape planting. The Tree Plan Two is a required land use action for the removal of trees in a Significant Grove. The Design Review Compliance Letter is a required land use action for the modification of required landscaping. This project is being re-noticed to include the Design Review Compliance Letter application for landscape planting with the proposal. The site is located at 10515 SW Allen Blvd, Tax Lot 00500 of Washington County Assessor’s Map 1S114CC. The site is zoned Industrial (IND). The project site is located within the Denney Whitford/Raleigh West Neighborhood Association Committee area. Any decision on the above development proposal shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in the following sections of Development Code of the Beaverton: Section 40.90.15.2.C Tree Plan Two; Section 40.20.15.1.C Design Review Compliance Letter. NOTE: The Community Development Department is currently open to the public on a limited basis, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please note that the Community Development Department is not open to the public on Fridays at this time. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue.
