DeLeau (deceased) were co-tenants in real property located in Clackamas County, Oregon. Plaintiff is claiming adverse possession to this property pursuant to ORS 105.615, thereby forever excluding the defendant’s heirs, devisees, assigns and successors in interest from possession and title to the property.
