NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Madras Files: MP-22-2 and SP-22-3 Daimler Truck North America has requested Master Plan and Site Plan Review approvals on the properties identified as 10-13-34-101 & 10-13-27-100 and addressed as 1772 NW Daimler Road to construct two existing buildings and construct two new buildings. The subject properties are zoned Large Lot Industrial (LLI). On January 18, 2023 at 6:00 PM the City of Madras Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for the proposed Master Plan and Site Plan Review proposals. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at the Madras Police/Station/City Hall located at 125 SW E Street, in Madras. The decision regarding this land use action will be based on compliance with the following chapters in the Madras Development Code: MMC 18.15 – Land Use Zones, MMC 18.20 – Public Improvement & Site Development Standards, MMC 18.25 – Supplementary Provisions, MMC 18.40 – Zoning Review, Site Plan Review & Design Review, and MMC 18.80 Administrative Provisions. If you are unable to attend the hearing, but would like to submit comments for consideration, please submit written comments to the City of Madras at the Madras Police Station/City Hall located at 125 SW E Street.
