To achieve this goal, DCHS is establishing a list of contractors qualified to perform weatherization measures in the Multi-Family housing program, for eligible lowincome families throughout Multnomah County. Multi-Family projects are defined as those 5 units and over, three (3) stories and less; with no single building having over twenty-five units, and with individual heating systems.
