Centennial School District Portland, Oregon Notice of Public Hearing The Governing Board of the Centennial School District (CSD), acting as the Local Contract Review Board for the District, will hold a public hearing on January 25, 2023 after 6:30 pm at 18135 SE Brooklyn Street, Portland, OR 97236. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the District’s draft findings to exempt from competitive bidding, based on detailed specifications, combined small works pro-jects of similar type at multiple sites. The proposed findings would authorize construction by means of a construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC). The CM/GC will be selected by competitive proposals prior to the preparation of the final construction documents. Persons interested in commenting on the draft findings shall request a comment registration card from the Board secretary, Missy Grindle, at melissa_grindle@csd28j.org; The completed registration card must be returned to the Board secretary prior to the start of the meeting.
