PUBLIC NOTICE Peninsula Drainage District #1 The Board of Supervisors for Peninsula Drainage District #1 will meet Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 10:30 am via online conference. The board will convene in executive session for the purposes of discussing information and confidential legal advice or attorney-client communications exempt or otherwise protected from public disclosure under the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(5), or state public records law, ORS 192.345(6); ORS 192.355(8), (9)(a); ORS 192.660(2)(f); and ORS 40.225. Subsequently the board will meet in public session to consider: a board appointment, an operations update, and a budget orientation.
