PUBLIC NOTICE Multnomah County Drainage District #1 The Board of Supervisors for Multnomah County Drainage District #1 will meet Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 1pm via video conference. The board will convene in executive session for the purposes of discussing information and confidential legal advice or attorney-client communications exempt or otherwise protected from public disclosure under the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(5), or state public records law, ORS 192.345(6); ORS 192.355(8), (9)(a); ORS 192.660(2)(f); and ORS 40.225. Following the executive session, the board will coven in public session to consider a water line contract, operations update, budget orientation, and compression follow-up. Subsequently the board will convene in a second executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(i) and 192.660(8) to evaluate the performance of an employee.
