Sale of Abandoned Manufactured Home One (1) 2005 CMH MFG WEST, MARLETTE, FIRST EDITION 9745 manufactured dwelling, Home identification number 301659, Manufacturer’s serial number(s) HER024320ORA and HER024320ORB, with contents (if any) has been abandoned by Monica McNeal, James Keehnen and Helen Keehnen. The home is located at 17655 Bluff Rd., Spc 20, Sandy, OR 97055. Sale shall be by private bidding, with sealed bids, and as is (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids must be for a specific stated dollar figure and must be delivered to: Hood Chalet, LLC, 17655 SE Bluff Rd., Spc 1, Sandy, OR 97055, no later than the end of the day on the 27th day of January, 2023. The minimum bid shall be $2,927.42.
