WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMUNITY PREVENTION STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL WELLNESS ACROSS THE LIFESPAN Applications due: February 28, 2023 @ 5:00 pm NOTICE OF FUNDING OPPORTUNITY 2023.010 This is a notice of funding opportunity, Washington County, Oregon is requesting applications from qualified firms seeking funds for projects that align with the County goals for Community Prevention Strategies to Improve Social and Emotional Wellness Across the Lifespan. For profit businesses, individual consultants, or individual proprietors are ineligible. These funds are intended for nonprofit organization’s actively servicing the small business community across Washington County. Listening session will be held on 10:00 am (PT) Friday, January 20, 2023, and on Friday, January 27, 2023, at 2:00 pm (PT). More information can be found in the Introduction Section of the Procurement Portal posting under Timeline. These sessions will be recorded, and the recordings will be posted on the procurement portal under Notices. Enter all questions regarding the meaning or intent of the opportunity into the questions area of the opportunity in the County’s Procurement Portal. All questions and answers will be posted for all to review. Applications must be received by 5:00 pm (PT) Tuesday, February 28, 2023. The County may reject any application not in compliance with all prescribed public procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all applications upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.
