WASHINGTON COUNTY SUPPORTIVE HOUSING SERVICES Qualifications due: March 17, 2023 @ 4:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROGRAMMATIC QUALIFICATIONS 2023.005 Washington County, in cooperation with Multnomah County, Clackamas County and the Housing Authority of Clackamas County, is requesting application for service components to provide Supportive Housing Services in the tri-county metro region. This is a joint cooperative request for qualifications and proposals in accordance with ORS 279A.210. Tri-County SHS Supplier Pool providers: Suppliers that have already qualified for the Tri-County SHS Supplier Pool should not submit applications in response to this RFPQ unless they would like to expand their eligibility to additional counties or service components. A list of current Tri-County SHS Supplier Pool providers is available in the Exhibits. All previously qualified Suppliers are responsible for checking that list to confirm the counties and service components for which they are currently qualified. Optional Pre-Proposal Conference 1 on January 25, 2023, at 11:00am and Optional Pre-Proposal Conference 2 February 6, 2023, at 5:30pm. See the Introduction section of the solicitation for registration information. Applications must be received by 4:00 pm Friday, March 17, 2023. Washington County, as the lead agency, may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by Washington County it is in the public interest to do so. Responders are responsible for checking the site for any addendums before submitting their responses. The Washington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the Counties.
