Sale of Abandoned Manufactured Home One (1) 1996 Redman manufactured dwelling, Plate number X242025, Home identification number 287620, Manufacturer’s serial number(s) 11823421AB, with contents (if any) has been abandoned by Arthur Wachline and Peggy Wachline. The home is located at 2204 SW Tower Ln., Spc 10, Troutdale, OR 97060. Sale shall be by private bidding, with sealed bids, and as is (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids must be for a specific stated dollar figure and must be delivered to: Tower Estates, LLC, PO Box 2048, Fairview, OR 97024, no later than the end of the day on the 26th day of January, 2023. The minimum bid shall be $16,612.69. Upon confirmation of the winning bid, the purchaser must promptly tender full payment in cash, money order, or cashiers’ check and promptly remove the dwelling from the manufactured home park unless a storage agreement can be promptly negotiated between the successful bidder and the Park.
