The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3323-102 and is located at 21994 NE Sunnycrest Rd, Newberg. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 502.03(B), 1004.01, 1012 and 1202.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons may respond in writing by 5 p.m., February 9, 2023, to comment on, or to request the above application be considered at a public hearing.
