REYNOLDS SCHOOL DISTRICT #7 1204 NE 201ST AVE FAIRVIEW, OREGON 97024 DEMOLITION OF TWO BUILDINGS ON THEIR EDGEFIELD CAMPUS Bids due: February 23, 2023 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID Reynolds School District #7 is seeking bids to establish a contract through fair and competitive negotiations for the demolition of two Buildings on their Edgefield Campus (the Project). Project Description: The Reynolds School District 7 (RSD7) is inviting bids from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations (bidders) for bids to demolish Building B, an approximately 3,200 square-foot former single-family residence, and Building F, an approximately 17,000 square-foot former hospital. The responses must be in compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, in addition to the performance standards described below. Proposals and a copy of the ITB may be obtained from and filed with the District’s Procurement, Contracts and Account Specialist, Lauren Tonn, via email at procurement@rsd7.net. The ITB, questions and addenda are also available on the District’s website: https://www.reynolds.k12.or.us/rfps. The ITB document and addendum will be available on the District’s website until a contract has been awarded to a successful bidder or until such time as this ITB is formally revoked or terminated. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit a Bid. Proof of Oregon licensing, when required, and adequate professional liability insurance is required for those who will work on the Project. The District reserves the right to reject any Bid not in compliance with any prescribed public bidding procedure or requirement, and may reject any and all Bids for good cause upon the District’s finding that it is in the public interest to do so. No Bid will be received or considered by the District unless the Proposal contains a statement as to whether the Consultant is a resident Consultant as defined in ORS 279A.120. The selection process will be the District’s applicable Board Policies. The District will not be prequalifying bidders under ORS 279B.120. All Bidders responding to the ITB will do so solely at their own expense, and the District is not responsible for any Bidder expenses associated with the ITB. Respondents shall submit their bid electronically to Lauren Tonn at procurement@rsd7.net. The email must be clearly marked with the bidder’s name/identification and the subject must be the words PROPOSAL RESPONDING TO ITB Demolition of Buildings B & F. The deadline for submitting a Bid or response to the ITB is February 23, 2023 at 2 p.m. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
