PUBLIC NOTICE The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of AN ORDINANCE IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING THE JEFFERSON COUNTY CODE CHAPTERS 15.04 GOVERNING ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE JEFFERSON COUNTY BUILDING CODE, AND 15.08 GOVERNING CONSTRUCTION CODES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 9:30 AM, in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room. This will be the time and place for all interested persons to appear and present testimony on the proposed ordinance.
