NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the County of Jefferson, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, will be held at the Jefferson County Commission Meeting Room at 66 SE ‘D’ Street, Madras, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 8th of February, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive comments from the public on the budget and review the proposed budget assumptions. A copy of the budget calendar and assumptions may be inspected or obtained on or after February 3rd, 2023, at the County Finance Office, 66 SE ‘D’ Street, Ste ‘E,’ Madras, Oregon, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or by checking electronic copy available online. Any person may appear or teleconference into the meeting and discuss the proposed changes with the Budget Committee.
