The selected applicant will establish a fund that will incent ECE provider development and expansion throughout Multnomah County. This sourcing event is done in partnership with the State of Oregon, which is offering a complimentary Facilities Fund RFP. We highly encourage interested suppliers to apply for both events. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Multco Marketplace Supplier Network. Suppliers will need to register at this portal in order to submit a response.
