NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PRINEVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION The Prineville City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the 21st day of February 2023, at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 387 NE 3rd St Prineville, OR. Proposal: The City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to solicit input in regard to the proposed annexation of ~0.16 acres located at 188 SE Williamson Drive. The owner is requesting annexation for the purpose of receiving City sewer service to the existing single family home. The property is currently zoned Suburban Residential (SR1) in the County and is proposed to be annexed into the City as General Residential (R2). At the end of the hearing the Planning Commission will make a formal recommendation on the proposed annexation to the Prineville City Council. The City Planning staff report will be available for public review no later than 7 days prior to the hearing. Copies of the proposal may be obtained at the cost of copying. Any testimony shall be limited to and must address the standards and criteria relevant to the request.
