Public Notice The Happy Valley Urban Renewal Agency (Agency) has published the FY 2021/2022 Happy Valley Urban Renewal Plan annual report. It is on file at City Hall and with the Agency. The full information is available to all interested persons. In FY 2021/2022, the Agency received $1,334,238 in property tax revenue. They expended $288,059. The estimated tax revenues for FY 2022/2023 are $3,300,000. The FY 2022/2023 budget includes $21,240,773 in revenues and expenditures. The amount of maximum indebtedness remaining for the Plan Area is $130,684,636. The impacts on taxing districts due to the Happy Valley Urban Renewal Plan in FY 2021/2022 are shown below.
