The mobile home is located at Olde Stone Village, 4155 NE Three Mile Lane, Sp. No. 41, McMinnville, Oregon 97128. The home is a 1976 Shelby; Home ID. No. 204770; Serial No. 122870MS6587. Interested buyers may contact the park manager at 503-472-4315 prior to the sale to arrange an inspection of the home. The sale will be held by sealed bidding, with the home sold to the highest bidder. Sealed bids will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on February 24, 2023. Sealed bids must be received by the deadline addressed to Susan Zimmerman, 10117 SE Sunnyside Road, F1188, Clackamas, Oregon 97015. The home must be removed from the park at buyer’s expense after purchase by no later than March 10, 2023, or it will be disposed of by Olde Stone Village by having it torn down and thrown away.
