The Trust Deed covers the following described real property in the County of Washington and State of Oregon, (the Property): LOT 43, KINGSGATE, IN THE CITY OF DURHAM, IN WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON. Grantors’ loan obligation is more than 120 days delinquent. The default for which foreclosure is made is: The Grantor’s failure to pay when due the following sums: monthly payments beginning April 25, 2022, continuing through the payment due September 25, 2022, for total monthly payments of $1,778.86, plus late charges of $201.87. In construing this notice, the masculine gender includes the feminine and the neuter, the singular includes the plural, the word Grantor includes any successor in interest to the Grantor as well as any other person owing an obligation, the performance of which is secured by the Trust Deed, and the words Trustee and Beneficiary include their respective successors in interest, if any.
