HOODLAND RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT #74 AUDITING SERVICES FY 2023, 2024 & 2025 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Proposals due 4:00 P.M. on March 23, 2023 Sealed proposals will be received at the Hoodland Fire District Main Station 69634 E Hwy 26, Welches, OR 97056, until 4:00 P.M. March 23, 2023. Proposals will be opened on March 27, 2023. It is anticipated that selection of a firm will be completed by April 13, 2023. During the evaluation process, the District reserves the right to request additional information or clarifications from proposers or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. At the discretion of the District, firms that submit proposals may be invited to make oral presentations and to participate in interviews as part of the evaluation process. Proposal packets may be obtained at the Hoodland Fire District Administrative Office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. or by contacting the business office at (503) 622-3256 or hoodland@hoodlandfire.org The Hoodland Fire District Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to waive irregularities in proposals, and to award to the proposal that best meets the interests of the Fire District.
