NOTIEC OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF HEARING: at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 9, 2023, in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 2051 Kaen Rd., Oregon City, Oregon there shall be a public hearing before the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners on the Boundary Change Proposal CL22-006, Annexation to Clackamas County Service District No. 1, of territory located at 8646 SE 155th Ave., in the northern portion of Happy Valley and consists of two tax lots that are improved with an existing occupied single-family home .32 acres, more particularly described as: Tax Lots 12E25A 00700 and 00800, Clackamas Co., OR. The property owners desire sewer service to replace a septic system that will be decommissioned. Interested persons may appear and will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
