JEFFERSON COUNTY, OREGON NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CHIP SEAL OIL MATERIAL THROUGH PERMISSIVE COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Oregon (the County), intends to award a contract pursuant to an invitation to bid issued by Deschutes County, Oregon. The contract is for chip seal oil material and delivery and the estimated amount of the contract is $563,731. The County intends to award the contract to Albina Asphalt at the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners to be held on March 22, 2023 in the Commission Meeting Room at 66 SE D Street, Madras, Oregon.
