PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application has been approved by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET L-06-23, a request by Chester Rhodes for a lot-line adjustment transferring 2 acres from Tax Lot 4517-100 to 4516-1100, resulting in parcels of approximately 5 acres and 37 acres respectively. The parcels are located at 19935 Baker Creek Rd, McMinnville. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Section 401.10(A.7) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and the Yamhill County Land Division Ordinance. Interested persons may appeal this decision by 5 p.m., March 30, 2023. An appeal must state the basis for the appeal and must be accompanied by a $250.00 fee.
