The home is located at 11187 SW Royal Villa Dr., Spc 240, Tigard, OR 97224. Sale shall be by private bidding, with sealed bids, and as is (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids must be for a specific stated dollar figure and must be delivered to: Cal-Am Properties, Inc. dba Royal Mobile Villas, 11200 SW Royal Villa Drive – Office, Tigard, OR 97224, no later than the end of the day on the 25th day of March, 2023.
