HEARING NOTICE The Newberg City Council will hold public hearings on April 3, 2023, at 7 p.m. at the Newberg Public Safety Building, 401 E Third Street, Newberg, OR and via teleconference using Zoom to evaluate the following new proposals: 1. Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment/Development Code Text Amendment (Legislative): Consider an application to amend the Newberg Comprehensive Plan and Newberg Development Code for Clear and Objective Design Standards for multifamily housing development (5+ units). Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment (Legislative): Consider an application to amend the 2017 Newberg Water Master Plan incorporating the Water Supply Planning 2023. The City Council asks that 10 copies of written testimony, objection, or remonstrance be submitted to the City Recorder before 12:00 PM on March 30, 2023.
