NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS The Metolius Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at the regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on March 27, 2023, at the Metolius Train Depot and via Zoom video conferencing platform. The purpose of this Hearing is to consider a 40-foot by 30-foot commercial building to be located at the corner of Opal and Washington Streets. The structure is indicated to be walled on three sides with three open bays on the front side. The building will largely be utilized for storage. The proposed structure is located within the Commercial Zone and is proposed by the property owner, David Fiocchi. Access to property is proposed to be provided by the mid-block alley.
