PUBLIC NOTICE The Metolius Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at the regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on March 27, 2023, at the Metolius Train Depot and via Zoom video conferencing platform. The purpose of this Hearing is to consider a replat proposed by Mr. Moser. The proposal would create a single parcel containing 4.80 acres out of the existing platted lots and vacated streets. The remainder parcel to the south will contain 15.95 acres. The subject area is designated R-3 and is directly accessed by Dover Lane more particularly described as the northern 4.80 acres of Taxlot 100 of Jefferson County Assessor’s Map 11-13-28AA.
