Public Notice Gladstone Urban Renewal Agency Annual Report Fiscal Year 2021/22 The Gladstone Urban Renewal Agency published the FY 2021/2022 annual report which is on file and available to all interested persons at Gladstone City Hall, 18505 SW Portland Ave. Gladstone, OR 97027, and the city’s website at https://www.ci.gladstone.or.us/finance. Please note, this is a notice only and not part of the official report. In FY 2021/2022, the Agency received $1,010,047 in revenue from tax increments, plus $16,090 from interest earnings. Expenditures were $793,433. Estimated tax revenues for FY 2022/2023 are forecasted at $1,039,250. The total budget for FY 2022/2023 includes $3,324,262 in resources and requirements.
